After Serving an Apprenticeship with BAE Systems, Roger has worked in Aerospace, Manufacturing and Engineering Systems for employers such as Rolls Royce, Severn Trent Water. Moving into Education to Manage and deliver Engineering based Curriculum 23 years ago.
