He has spent a large amount of his career developing a vast array of knowledge and skills within a variety of sectors including the last ten years working as a consultant engaging on a great number of projects. This embraces entry level workers and recruitment to working with senior leadership teams around major company interventions and improvements.

As a business consultant he understands the impact of training and education in order to develop both individuals and companies alike.
